In my recruiting work over the years, I’ve reviewed tens of thousands of applications and CVs.
The pattern repeats itself:
Most applications are filtered out very early – not after the interview, but often within seconds.
In most cases, it’s well over 90%.
Sometimes, not a single application sparks real interest.
It sounds harsh, but it reflects reality.
And it’s rarely about a “difficult market,” but about the quality of the applications.

Our website does not include a contact form, user registration, or a CV builder. Personal data is only collected if you voluntarily contact us via email, schedule an appointment using our booking tools, or consent to the use of Google Analytics (GA4).
3. Processing of Personal Data (Email Contact)
If you contact us by email, we process the transmitted data (name, email address, message content, and any attachments provided voluntarily).
This data is used exclusively to handle your request.
4. Hosting & Server Log Files
Our website is hosted by an Austrian hosting provider.
Server log data is automatically processed (e.g., IP address, browser type, referrer, timestamp).
This data is technically necessary and processed based on our legitimate interest.
5. Appointment Scheduling via External Tools
We use the following services:
Google Calendar Appointment Scheduler
Calendly
Microsoft Bookings
These services process personal data such as name, email address, preferred appointment time, and any voluntary information provided. Data may be transferred to third countries, particularly the United States. Such transfers are based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Data processing agreements are in place with all providers.
6. Google Analytics (GA4)
We use Google Analytics 4 to analyze website usage statistically.
GA4 is only activated after your consent.
Processed data includes:
page views, interactions, browser and device data, anonymized IP addresses.
Data transfers to the United States cannot be excluded.
Data is stored for a period between 2 and 14 months.
7. Cookies
We use technically necessary cookies as well as analytics cookies (Google Analytics).
Analytics cookies are only activated after your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie banner.
8. Data Sharing
Personal data is only shared with data processors (hosting providers, Google, Calendly, Microsoft), in case of legal obligations, or based on your consent.
9. Data Retention
Email data: until the request is resolved or as required by law
Appointment data: according to the settings of the respective tools
Analytics data: 2–14 months
Upon request, your data will be deleted unless legal retention obligations apply.
10. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time.
